I was able to get an appt very quickly at the West Chester location of the Dermatology Group. When I arrived, the office was full with 8 other patients. But they worked their way through all of them and I was seen 20 min later, which I was happy about since I had only called 24hr before. The check-in process was simple, the medical assistant was great and took down all my concerns. And the doctor was awesome. Loved her! I don’t understand the negatives because I had an excellent experience (and the packed waiting area said a lot). I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location.
